The What We Are Proud Of Awards celebrate the outstanding projects run by housing associations from across the country. Now into their fourth year, this was the biggest yet after receiving almost 200 entries. The Awards focus on the people, projects and homes that exemplify iN business for neighbourhoods. Tenants and residents decide the nine regions' shortlists and winners. Those who see what housing associations do at first hand are best placed to appreciate what really works.

 

The national winner and highly commended entrants are chosen by a judging panel and announced at the Federation's Annual Conference by David Orr each September. Thanks to our sponsors, Morrison the winner and highly commended entrants receive £1000 and £500 respectively to reinvest in their projects to continue their good work.
